Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Sable app and the madewithsable.com website collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: help@madewithsable.com.

Your photos

• Edits happen on your phone. Looks, adjustments, effects, templates and remove background run on your device. The original photo is never changed.
• Cloud AI edits. When you start a cloud AI edit, such as HD upscale or an AI template, Sable uploads that one photo to process it. Sable deletes the upload within one hour after the edit finishes, and deletes the result within about 72 hours.
• Sable does not sell your photos, publish them, or use them to train AI models.

What we collect

• Account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a user ID. You can use Sable as a guest without signing in.
• Purchases and credits. Apple handles payment. We receive your subscription status and keep your AI credit balance. We never see your card details.
• Product interaction. Events such as which screens and looks you use, so we can fix bugs and improve Sable. These are not used to track you across other apps or websites.
• Feedback. Messages you send from the app or by email.

Who processes data for us

We use service providers to run Sable: Google Firebase for sign-in and app analytics, RevenueCat for subscription status, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and an AI processing provider for cloud AI edits. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app, from Profile. This deletes your account, your credits and your cloud edit history. Photos and projects on your phone stay on your phone until you delete them. You can also ask us by email to delete your data.

Children

Sable is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. We announce important changes in the app.
